Callaway & Price, Inc. opened its second office in Fort Pierce in 1984. Our office is centrally located in Fort Pierce. Stephen Neill, MAI manages the office, which has 3 commercial appraisers, one appraiser trainee, and an administrative/production assistants.

Our Fort Pierce office primarily covers the Treasure Coast, which includes Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties, which include Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Hobe Sound, and Okeechobee. However, we have the resources and knowledge for real estate appraisals within the State of Florida.

We perform real estate appraisal and consulting work for all types of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties.

Out of the office Stephen is an active Rotarian (Past President) with the Fort Pierce Rotary Club, a Seminole Booster, and a John Carroll High School Advisory Council member. For fun Stephen enjoys fishing and diving as well as spending time with his twin daughters.
