Curtis Phillips, MAI is a 1992 Florida State University graduate with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. He has been with Callaway & Price, Inc. since 1994. He became a principal in 2002 and subsequently opened an office in Brevard County in 2003 to further expand appraisal and consulting services into the Florida Space Coast.

Curtis Phillips has over 20 years of real estate valuation experience. He is a certified expert witness in both State and Federal court. He has been an expert witness in divorce proceedings, deficiency judgments and eminent domain cases. His many clients include national and regional banks, city and county governments as well as attorneys and individuals.

Curtis has traveled to Washington, D.C. on behalf of the Appraisal Institute in order to improve government relations for the Leadership Development and Advisory Council. He was the 2013 President of the East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. While serving in various capacities for the Appraisal Institute, he has traveled to San Diego, California, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Indianapolis, Indiana promoting the appraisal profession, enriching professional development and making invaluable business connections.
