Callaway & Price, Inc. opened in 1972 in South Florida and is the main office for the firm. We have recently moved from West Palm Beach to Jupiter. The managing principals for this location are Stephen D. Shaw, MAI and Robert A. Callaway, MRICS.

There are 9 commercial associate appraisers and 3 residential associate appraisers. The staff includes a comptroller, chief operating officer, and 3 administrative/production personnel. The Jupiter office commercial department covers the entire state of Florida with primary emphasis on Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties as well as the southwest Counties of Collier, Hendry, Lee and Charlotte. The residential department covers Palm Beach and Northern Broward Counties.

We perform real estate appraisal and consulting work for all types of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties. We also perform insurable value / replacement cost new studies and market / feasibility studies.
