Callaway & Price, Inc. opened its third office in January 2003. The office is located in South Brevard County. Curtis L. Phillips, MAI is the principal of the office, which has three appraisers and two administrative/production assistants.

The Melbourne office handles commercial assignments in all of Brevard, Volusia, Osceola, and Orange Counties, with resources and knowledge for real estate appraisals within any area of the State of Florida. We perform real estate appraisal and consulting work for all types of office, industrial, retail, hotel, and residential properties. Mr. Phillips also has extensive experience in eminent domain valuation, as well as expert witness consulting and tax appeals. This office has a staff that delivers quality appraisals that meet USPAP – Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice on a timely basis.
